Vintage Reads: Voting for September (Fanged and Dangerous)

Once again it is time to prepare to vote on what I'll read and review for Vintage Reads. Since I'm sure you don't want to hear me go on and on (and ya'll know how things work), I'll skip the chase and introduce you to the line up of Fanged and Dangerous books that you can vote for my September read.

So without further ado, I present to you this months contenders the Fanged and Dangerous group.
Bloodline ( Bloodline, 1) by Kate Cary, 2006. Published by Razorbill.

Thirty-five years have passed since the death of the Master. But now a new evil walks among the living. . . . When nineteen-year-old John Shaw returns from the trenches of World War I, he is haunted by nightmares—not only of the battlefield, but of the strange, cruel and impossible feats of his regiment’s commander, Quincey Harker. Harker’s ferocity knows no limits, and his strength is superhuman.
In the Forest of the Night (Den of Shadows, 1) by Amelia Atwater Rhodes, 1999. Published by Laurel Leaf.

By day, Risika sleeps in shaded room in Concord, Massachusetts. By night, she hunts the streets of New York City. She is used to being alone.
But someone is following Risika. He has left her a black rose, the same sort of rose that sealed her fate three hundred years ago. Three hundred years ago Risika had a family- a brother and a father who loved her. Three hundred years ago she was human.
Now she was a vampire, a powerful one. And her past has come back to torment her.
The Silver Kiss by Annette Curtis Klause, 1990. Published by Laurel Leaf.
Zoe is wary when, in the dead of night, the beautiful yet frightening Simon comes to her house.  Simon seems to understand the pain of loneliness and death and Zoe's brooding thoughts of her dying mother.
Simon is one of the undead, a vampire, seeking revenge for the gruesome death of his mother three hundred years before.  Does Simon dare ask Zoe to help free him from this lifeless chase and its insufferable loneliness?
The Awakening (Vampire Diaries, 1) by L.J. Smith, 1991. Published by HaperCollins.
A deadly love triangle
Elena: beautiful and popular, the girl who can have any guy she wants.
Stefan: brooding and mysterious, desperately trying to resist his desire for Elena . . . for her own good.
Damon: sexy, dangerous, and driven by an urge for revenge against Stefan, the brother who betrayed him.
Elena finds herself drawn to both brothers . . . who will she choose?

I'm sure ya'll are wondering why I used the original covers on all four books, well the reason for that is because those are the covers that I own that books in. Also I have already read each and everyone of these books, but have never reviewed them. Looking forward to seeing what ya'll want me to read and review for September.

As always, thank you for taking the time to read this post and for voting on your favorite. =)
